Plans for a sanitary sewer for public tr]ousing project no. Z-5 in the vicinity of S. E. l5th and Genesee were prepared hy A"sociated Planners and Architects and approved by the Departrnent of publtic Works engineering staff on January ZZ, I968. Application for a State Health Dppartrnent perrnit wa-s subrnitted to the Departrnent on Jaauary 22, 1968, and {pproved on February 5, 1968 subject to the following provisions : t That all details relative to the prpject not covered in the plans and specifications as approved will be constructed and accornplished in accordance with good public healdh practice. 2. That the recipient of the perrnit is responsible that the project receive supervision and inspection by competent and qualified personnel. The Council acceptance of this perrnit is required by the State Health Departrnent and is pursuant to the requirernent that receipt of the perrnit be noted in the rninutes of the next regular rneeting of tfre City Council, after which it should be rnade a rnatter of perrnanent record. The Departrnent of Public Works engingering staff has reviewed the perrnit and concurs that this perrnit be accepted anH rnade a rnatter of perrnanent record.
