(Ward 1) Location 3400 North Portland Ave Background This project will provide for renovations and improvements to the existing Will Rogers Park Tennis Center. These will include modification of the earthen berms that surround the facility, drainage improvements, additional lighting for the tennis courts, renovations to provide ADA access and other needed building and facility repairs and improvements. The Architect has submitted the preliminary report and the project appears to be properly designed based on the information provided. Previous Action Approval of Contract for Architectural Services, December 2,2003. (Item VI.L.) Architect PDG,Inc. d.b.a.
