Norick - .!Iayor, City of Oklahorna Clty Municipal- Building Oklahona City, Oklahoma 73LOz Dear Mayor Norick: The Board of Comissioners of the Oklahona City Housing Authority at their regular meeting on February 25, 1970, discussed and concluded that future proposed new construction sit,es offered for publlc housing should have appllcable zoning requirements complied with prior to auy considerations by the OCIIA. As a conseguence of this decision the Board of Conlnissioners at their meeting held oa June 24, 1970, took the following actiou: Conrmissioner E. G. Stewart toved that the OCIIA in its future actions consider onLy proposed public housiog sites that have already beerir properly zoned. He further proposed that the Board diseontinue the present plan of selecting sites through fhe use of the Site Selection Committee plan. This motio+ was seconded by Comissi,oner Bi-scoe and carried by unanifous vote. This iuformatlon is furnished at the flirection of the Board of Conrmissioners of this Authority.
