The Resolution details those projects and units in the negotiation process subject to turnkey construction and those units not in the negotiation process and there- fore subject to cornpetitive bidding. The total nurnber of Council approved public housing units would then be distributed as follows: Units in developrnent or rnanagenrnent 3, B4O Proposals for John F. Kennedy 659 4,499 Units for which no planning initiated b55 Total approved units 5, 154 It is recornrnended that the City Council approve the above subject resolutisn. Respectfu subrnitted, N.
