Project Name Ralph Ellison anch Library Site, John F. Kennedy and Lo cation: Project Okla. R-35 area. Affqemqnt Provision: This agreemen provides for the reimbursement of demol ition co for five (5) structures removed from City owned rty at the Ralph Etlison Library Site. Background: During the acq.r isition and clearlng of the bullding 'l site for the Ra ph EI I i son Ll brary, i t was necessary to remove five structures from Clty owned lots as well as several froin Iots owned by the Urban Renewal Authority. Since Urban Ren ewal had a demolltion contract for removal in the area, tlhey agreed to remove the structures for t}le Ci ty. After a requesl t for reimbursement by the Urban Renaral processing Authority and Iduring of payment, it was determined by Ithe Auditor's office that no agreement for reimbursent ent had ever been approved; therefore, the agreement I is now submitted for approval in order that reimbursdment may be made.
