This is an example of Teaser or Abstract

This allows public users to find records which may be designated only for private members, but restricts what they are able to see. In this scenario, the user would be prompted to fill out a form, to either register for membership, or that form may route a request to someone (workflow) which would need to first be approved by those in charge, in order to grant them access. Teaser or Abstract is to let others know that records do exist while restricting how much of it they can see. This option can be turned off from your project eliminating all record to be viewed (including teaser) by all non authorized users.

Bac ound: Parks and Public Events are experiencing difficulty in filling part-time seasonal vacancies and maintaining employees. one of the reasons for this is that the minimum wage set by the Federal Government is higher than that of the current "temporary/part-time" pay plan. By increasing the pay range it will make it possible to staff for the sulru[er season and provide incentive for present employees to return the next season as experienced employees; thus oliminating the necessity of training new employees and offering the organizatj-on and public at large more efflcient and productive service.
