This is an example of Teaser or Abstract

This allows public users to find records which may be designated only for private members, but restricts what they are able to see. In this scenario, the user would be prompted to fill out a form, to either register for membership, or that form may route a request to someone (workflow) which would need to first be approved by those in charge, in order to grant them access. Teaser or Abstract is to let others know that records do exist while restricting how much of it they can see. This option can be turned off from your project eliminating all record to be viewed (including teaser) by all non authorized users.

This zoning application of Robert C. Smith \{as reviewed by the Plan- nir-rE Staff and a recommendation of approval was subnitted to the Planning Commission during the hearing of October 23, 1969. The property described in this peguest, currently vacant, i-s located in a primarily undeveloped areaito the northeast of the Britton Com- munit1,. This same general area, is noted also for its dedicated, br-rt unimproved or unopened, streets, incJ-uding all the boundary streets around the su):ject pr:operties. trArr Single Family zoning surrouncls the trr,o tracts on three sides . However, the next block to the south bounded by lrlalker, Hudson, g7Lln and 98th was recently zoned "D", but is still underzeloped. ?o the goutheast, two sirrall tracts viere re- cent.ly zoned tcr multiple dvrelling use" Other than these exceptions, all of the qener.al area north a f the f::ontage p::operty along Brj.tton rtArr an existing residences in the al:ea is zoned SingIe FamiiY, F the sca and structures. rnust be descri]:ed as being F tered older Development plans outlining public h.ousing apartment complexes have been submitted. The bl6ck to the south, rvhich is now includeci in the total site being considerep for public housing, ldas zoned rrf)rr I i ? ( I Council Memo No. LB74-69 Page 2 PC 4439 approximatery a year ago on tne lasis that approval of higher density residentj-al zoning would lencourage development activity and provide a cataryst in this 14ng dormant area. Deveropment and location of the subject pron{rties trD'r adjacent to the recently approved zonlng would furthel estabtish a node of higher density residential use, suggesting compatibility with and en- couraging more proper use of this primarily undeveloped area. Based on the scattered but almost completely undeveloped condi- tion of this general areb, ar)proval- of this reguest should not disturb existing land use relaticirnships and should encourage a more appropri-ate use of the property within the area. The total proposed public housin$ site has been reviewed by the Site Review Committee and recomm$nded for approval. The minutes of the committee meeting of octobe r L7 , Lg6g, (see page 4) and re_ lated staff reports are attached I The Planning commission unanimou$ly recommended approval of zoning as reguested. The minutes of the meeting of october 23, 1969, are attached " There were no protestb. The ordinance was introduced on November 4, Lg6g, and notice of re- districting was published and mailed. During the initial Council hearing on November 25, 1969, action on the redistricting ordinance was deferred to December g, lg6gtn and deferred again on that date to spectfu submitted, n e H.
