This is an example of Teaser or Abstract

This allows public users to find records which may be designated only for private members, but restricts what they are able to see. In this scenario, the user would be prompted to fill out a form, to either register for membership, or that form may route a request to someone (workflow) which would need to first be approved by those in charge, in order to grant them access. Teaser or Abstract is to let others know that records do exist while restricting how much of it they can see. This option can be turned off from your project eliminating all record to be viewed (including teaser) by all non authorized users.

"d.,2(oZ- ao '' u,-R, 74"2;2f, &eo co,-"u80"u3 1971 Item No. ill B zlz lzt COUNCIL MEMO NO. I69-71 TO: Mayor and City Council Janrnry 27, 1971 FROM: City Manager SUBJECT: Approval of Construction Plans for Utility Tr.rnnel - University of Oklahorna Medical Center, in the vicinitY of N. E. lltJ' street and Kelley Avenue. These plans provide for all paving cut repair fees to be waived in lieu of a ternporary paving repair to be installed by tJ'.e contractor since the streets involved are proposed to be vacated and abandoned within the next few years tJrrough the overall Urban Renewal Prograrn. This repair fee would arnount to approxirnately $25,000, but the City would have to repair these streets if the repair fee were paid. These plans are being subrnitted for Council approval only for tJ,.e purpose of waiving the paving cut repair fee. This approval does not constitute authority to deviate frorn other City codes and ordinances and will relieve the City of any responsibility for the repair of said paving cuts. These plans have been reviewed by the Building Inspection Departrnent, the Planning Departrnent and the Pub1ic Works Departrrent and all concur in the reguested approval. It is the recornnrendation of tlis office that these construction plans be approved insornuch as they pertain to the waiver of the paving cut repair fees in lieu of a ternporary paving repair to be installed by the contractor. Respectfully ubrnitted, o- rt H. Oldland Ci Manager
