Kennedy U Renewal Plan Project No. Okla. R-35. The City Council on May 31, I approved the ilohn F. Kennedy Urban Renewal PIan project No. Ia. R-35. On September 25, L969 the Planning Commission appr a resolution recommending that certain modifications to the p be approved. These modifications are amendme ts and additions to the property Rehabilitation Standards sect of the ,John F. Kennedy Urban Re- newal PIan and are set out in t attached "Exhibit A.,' The Board of Commissioners of e Oklahoma City Urban Renewal Authority on August L9, 1969, termined that the said modifica- tions are not significant devj_a ions from the existing Urban Re- newal Plan and are desirable in order to update the present re- habilitation standards. The subject resolution has been reviewed by the Building In- spection Department and they ha no objection to the modifica- tion. R-35, ADOPTED BY THE OKLAHOMA CITY URBAN REi{IEWAL AUTHORITY WHEREAS, certaj-n minor changes within the urban renewal plan for the John F. Kennedy Urban Renewal- Project No. Okla. R-35 have been approved by the Board of Commissioners of the Oklahoma City Urban Renewal Authority by Resol-ution No. 1110 on the 19th day of August, L969; and WHEREAS, said modifications are not significant deviations from the existing urban renewal plan and are desirable in order to update present rehabilitation standards; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Cofrmission has reviewed such modi- fications and determined that the same are in conformity with the general plan for the City of Oklahoma City; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has recommended to the Council- of the City of Oklahoma City that such modifications be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Oklahoma City that the modifications of the John F. Kennedy Urban Renewal Plan as set forth in Resolution No. 1110 passed by the Board of Commissioners of the Oklahoma City Urban Renewal Authority on the 19th day of August, 1969, a copy of which is attached heretor dr€ not significant deviations from the existing urban renewal plan and that said modifications are hereby adopted and approved- ADOpTED and APPROVED by the Council of the City of Oklahoma City this Zu^y or P{ , 1969.
