Background: City Council has annually determined salaries and provided for other employee benefits for those officials specified by the City charter to be appointed by City Council. A draft Resolution has been prepared identical to the current Resolution except that dollar amounts have been left blank. Recommendation: That Ci ty Council set appropriate salaries and adopt the REsolutian for fisca 'l year 1978-79.
