Public Housing Projects. The Oklahorna City Housing AuthorE.ty has requested joint public hearings between the City Council and Oklatrlorna City Housing Authority to review three proposed general occupancy public housing projects to be built on scattered sites within the John F. $ennedy Urban Renewal Project Area. The public hearings are tentatively' scheduled for tr ebruary l!, 1974, at 1:30 p.rn. in the City Council Charnber. The projects to be reviewed are the following. Each project includes only three bedroorn, single farnily units. Okla. 2-5 50 units OkIa. 2-?,L 40 units (fkla. Z-22 40 units These projects have not been reviqwed by the city council previously becaus e past site review procedures specifically excluded scattered sites frorn review. Public hearings on scattered sites are required by state law. The revised site review procedures adopted by the City Council on Janwary ZZ, 1974, and the Housing Authority on January 23, 1974, established public hearings for scattered site projects, and, thus, brings oklahorna city's procedures into qonforrnance with state law.
