This allows public users to find records which may be designated only for private members, but restricts what they are able to see. In this scenario, the user would be prompted to fill out a form, to either register for membership, or that form may route a request to someone (workflow) which would need to first be approved by those in charge, in order to grant them access. Teaser or Abstract is to let others know that records do exist while restricting how much of it they can see. This option can be turned off from your project eliminating all record to be viewed (including teaser) by all non authorized users.

This program basically involves the Housing Authorityr s administration of rental subsidies for Low and moderate income families who wiLl reside in privatel-y owned apartments or homes. The private owners involvement is strictly at their option with the advantage being those sponsored by the Housing Authority wiLl have a portion of the rent subsidized and hope- fuL1y improve the ovmersr occupancy ratio and thus, the projects. It is a requirement of the Law that a Joint PubLic Hearing be held together with the Housing Authority and the governing body. Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council set a Joint Public Hearing with the Housing Authority on Tuesday, November 4, L975, at 2200 p.m. Respectfully submitted, kl /h"ril,t* H.D.
