This is an example of Teaser or Abstract

This allows public users to find records which may be designated only for private members, but restricts what they are able to see. In this scenario, the user would be prompted to fill out a form, to either register for membership, or that form may route a request to someone (workflow) which would need to first be approved by those in charge, in order to grant them access. Teaser or Abstract is to let others know that records do exist while restricting how much of it they can see. This option can be turned off from your project eliminating all record to be viewed (including teaser) by all non authorized users.

Ohlahoma City, Oklahoma Ohlahoma oklahoma City 17, Oklahoma c. E. JACKSON R. S. CORBIN Vice Presidenl Secretary Muskogae, Okla. Chichasha, Oklahoma May 26, 1966 Mayor Shirk and Members of the City Council: During the public hearing tonight on thP proposed John F. Kennedy Urbart Renewal project, I am unable to be prfsent to present my views in person. Therefore I am writing this brief statdment. Gentlemen, the project includes several areas that lend themselves to treatment through rehabilitation and conservation at present, but unless treated soon through urban renewal can and will deteriorate into serious blight. These areas include the older pafts of Edwards Addition, Carver- dale and Creston Hi11s, to name a few.l Approval of the John F. Kennedy project will lead to the stoppage of this blighting and provide a source of low-rate interest to the inhabitants who occupy the property. Many of the inhabitants of these areas are of the middle-age class. ConsequentlR the rehabilitation and conservation will take place before they become a paft of our elderly citizens, if we pro- ceed with this urban renewal project lo*. A second part of this John F. fennea/ project consists of property long exposed to blight, so must be replaced with new housing. The land on which this property is located is in a beautiful area, so the application of the urban renewal treatment will transform it into a beauti.ful and useful section of our city. But the approval of the Johr| F. Kennedy project is a MUST if the needed city credits are to be forthcorr{ing to make this necessary trans- formation from blight and ugliness to an area of beauty, utility and economic value. r , In final, Mr. Mayor and Members of the Council, we have the clear choice between not only continuing blighted areas, but greatly enlarging them; or we approve the John F. Kennedy project and eliminate btight and deterioration from more than a thousand acres of Oklahoma City. OKLAHOMA BAPTIST STATE CONVENTION J. P. PATTERSON OFFICE OF E. W. PERRY President F. D.
