Present staff for thls proJect ls one (1) fulL-tlne cl-erk and one (1) fulL-time I'lalntenance Mechanlc plus the approprlate central offlce supervislon. It ls antlclpated that all 300 units authorlzed under this proJect wl1L be leased by November 15, L966. In order to asslst our tenants lnd those placlng appllcatlons \dlth the Authority, the Authorlty plans to establlsh a proJect office at 2L32 N. Eastern which is schedufied to open on October 10, 1966. OKI"A 2:3 - RehabLLitatlon ProgrBn (John F. Kennedy Urban Renewat Area) Appraisals have been completed on the flrst 30 unlts which have been forwarded to the Houslng Asslstpnce Offlce for their review and approval. An optlon on the prorperty, whlch is Located at South- east 15th and Grand Boulevard, has been signed by the owner. 2-6 Unit General Occ Tentatlve slte approval has been received from the ltrouslng Assistance Offtse for thls development progfam whlch ls ptanned for the John F. Kennedy Urben Renewal Area. The Houslng Aesistance Offlce has approved the Development Program which hals been forwarded to Washington. The Authorlty has completed the Housing Survey of the Eastern portlon of the ltrarrlson-Walnut Urban Renewql ProJect Area and'the results of the survey were submitted to the Coffilttee appolnted by the Clty Councll to study the area.
