VELOPMENT ACCORDING T THE IMERGO\TERNMENTAL PERSONNEL ACT FOR THE PERIOD FROM FEBRUARY 2, L975, TO JANUARY 31, 976. WHEREAS, Tirle IV of the I tergovernmental Personnel Act of L97O provides for the temporary assignrnent of employees from the ] federal government to loca1 govE rnments for the purpose of estab- lishing a better understanding qf local problems and sharing the expertise of said emFloyees in federally funded 1oca1 programsl and WIIEREAS, the Department of Housing and Urban Development pro- poses to assign one of its expefienced area administrators to The City of Oklahoma City for the ptrpose of coordinating Programs under the Cr:omunity Development AcE of L974, and the Cityr s approx- imate 213 cost-sharing contribu Ion toward such proposed assignment would be $20,000.00 and a perc tage of any federal salary increases for such employee according to terms of the Assigrment Agreement aEtached hereto and incorporate herein by referenee.
