Background: The Central 0k'lahoma Ambulance Trust and the 0klahoma City Housing AuthoriQr have been purchasing fuel thrbugh the City in {ccordance with the terms spelled out in formal agreemdnts. It is desirable to update these formalized agreements for fiscal year 1979-80. Rates: Motor fuel is made available at the City's cost plus five cents per gallorl for storage and handling. Motor oil is made available at the City's cost plus five cents per quart for storage and handling. Conditions: Billing and payment are to take place monthly. I{ I T N E S S E T H: In consideration of the covenants and agreements hereinafter set forth, the parties muEually agree as fol_1ows: I. The CITY agrees to provide on a twenty-four hour basis and AUTHORITY agrees to pay for the following item$ and services: a. Motor fuel at CITYTS cost plus five cents ($O.OS) per ga11on for storage and handling. b. l,lotor oil at CITYTS cosr plus five cents ($O.OS) per quart for storage and handling. II. The CITY agrees to furnish AUTH.ORITY a monthly billing wirhin ten (10) days after the end of the monthr III. The AUTHORITY agrees to pay the above-mentioned statement within five (5) days after receipt of same. IV.
