This is an example of Teaser or Abstract
This allows public users to find records which may be designated only for private members, but restricts what they are able to see. In this scenario, the user would be prompted to fill out a form, to either register for membership, or that form may route a request to someone (workflow) which would need to first be approved by those in charge, in order to grant them access. Teaser or Abstract is to let others know that records do exist while restricting how much of it they can see. This option can be turned off from your project eliminating all record to be viewed (including teaser) by all non authorized users.

EVEREST KLAEIO %:ffp.* a 22 PARK AVENUE a OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLAHOM A 731C.2 o TELEPHONE CE 5-3771 March 3, 1967 JAMES B. WHITE ExECUTIvE DIRECTOR The Honorable George iShirk, Mayor and the City Council of Oklahoma City Municipal Building Oklahoma City, Oklahoma \ Gentlemen: We wish to express our strong support for the request by the Oklahoma City Housing A.uthority for the author- ization of additional units of public housing for develop- ment in Oklahoma City. A.s you are aware, relocation of individuals and families is a critical part of the urban renewal program. Most particularly, it is important that adequate housing resources be available for individuals and families of 1ow and moderate income. Public housing is the only adequate resource for those families who cannot afford standard housing on the private market. Consequently, we support and urge an authorLzation for the develop- ment of additional public housing units in Oklahoma City as a relocation resource. We also urge approval of the requested authorization for a second reason. A.s you are aware, the purchase and development of land from the Urban Renewal A.uthority by the Oklahoma City Housing A.uthority results in grant- J 4or! The Honorable George Shirk and the City Council of Oklahoma City March 3, 1967 Page 2 in-aid credits which aid in financing the non-federal share of urban renewal projects. In the John F. Kennedy Urban Renewal Project, the Housing Authority has committed itself to build 200 units for occupancy by elderly persons and 200 units for general occupancy, for which city and federal approval has been received. The Authority has also agreed to build an additionaL 500 units for general occupancy on scattered sites through- out the project if its requesit for additional authorization is approved. This 900 unit program will generate a considerable amount of grant-in-aid credits to which the city will be beneficiary. Therefore, the adequate financing of this and other projects is partially depen- dent upon your approval for additional public housing units. We respectfully urge your favorable action on this matter. Very truly yours, 4 AMES WHITE,a B. Executive Director JBw/kka
