R-30. Mr. Dan Batchelor, General Counsel of the Oklahoma City Urban Renewal Authority, on April23, 1970, requested that the Planning Commission approve and the City Council receive a Resolution approving a minor modification of the building requirements with respect to the redevelop- ment of Parcel 7-1, Project R-30. The Board of Commissioners of the Oklahoma City Urban Renewal Authority approved this modification on April 2L, L970. The Planning Commission approved this Resolution on April 23, 1970, since it is desirable in order to accomplish the objectives of the Urban Renewal Plan. This minor modification amends the Urban Renewal Plan with respect to the building requirements for Redevelopment Parcel 7- 1 (site of the proposed addition to the First National Bank Building) by revising the height restrictions from a maximum of 12 stories to a maximum of 14 stories. It is the recommendation of this office that this report be received by the City Council, since it is in order to achieve the objectives of the Urban Renewal Plan for the Central Business District, Project No. 1-A. It consists of revising the height restrictions for redevelopment of Parcel 7-L from a 12 story maxi- mum to a L4 story maximum. Ttris is the proposed loca- tion of the First National Bank Building- He also stated that urban Renewal has, by resolution, approved and determined this modification to be desirable in order to accomplish the objectives of the Urban Relrewal Plan and recommends approval by the Planning Commission. No one appeared in opPosition. After a short discussion, Commissioner Jones moved that the Resolution be adopted and approved. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Remp and passed unanimously.
