This is an example of Teaser or Abstract

This allows public users to find records which may be designated only for private members, but restricts what they are able to see. In this scenario, the user would be prompted to fill out a form, to either register for membership, or that form may route a request to someone (workflow) which would need to first be approved by those in charge, in order to grant them access. Teaser or Abstract is to let others know that records do exist while restricting how much of it they can see. This option can be turned off from your project eliminating all record to be viewed (including teaser) by all non authorized users.

Huber, Jr., Area Manager DepartmenE of Housing & Urban Developrnent. 200 Northwest fifth Street 0kl-ahoma City, Oklahoma 73L02 Attention: Mr. Emory Haynes Dear Mr. Huber: Your letter of January 8, 1979 auEhorizing demolition of two dwelling units within Oklahoma CiEy Housing Authority Project OKI-A 2-3, is most appreciated. I am sure the CiEy staff will be equally appreciative in resolving this l-ong-standing problem. I wish, however, to take exception to that portion of the approval letter which refers to a 25 percent vacancy rate in Project OKLA 2-3 and that no additional units may be purchased until a reduction in vacancies is accom- plished. Gyer the past year and one-half, this Authority has applied itself to reducing vacancies within all our General Occupancy housing developments. While not yet satisfied, rde are proud of our accomplishments to date wirhin available rnodification'funding and our OKLA 2-1 budget maintenance capability. The Modernizat.ion rehab efforE at Project OKLA 2-3 alone has restored 74 dwelling units to effective occupancy since January 1, 1978. Overall, we have realized a net gain of 257 uJrits in 1978. Ilany of these deferred maintenance units \rere greatly deterioraEed and had been boarded up for years. We are currently carrying 33 vacant units in Project OKLA 2-3 out +-) of a total of 355 units. This equates t.o a nine percent vacancy ratel not 25 percent. Our efforts in this direcEion conEinue as funding is made available and we should be able to resEore the remaining OKLA 2-3 units in 1979. Twenty-six of the vacant units are in the Northeast Duplex segment off Eastern Avenue. -12' 4l January 19, L979 Page 2 These comnents are offered to offset any potential lack of consideration by the Area Office in allowing this Authority to expand our housing caPa- bility in 1979. Again, we do appreciate your efforts and that of your staff in support of this Authority and the needs of low income citizens of Oklahoma City. Sincerely, 4/- 'oe E.
