Authorize: 1. A valet loading zone within a passenger loading zone on the east side of North Robinson A venue from approximately 43 feet north to 119 feet north of the north curb line of NW 5th Street; and 2. A valet loading zone within a passenger loading zone on the north side of NW 5th Street from approximately 45 feet east to 140 feet east of the east curb line of North Robinson A venue.
